Content and engagement strategy for a series of quarterly management conferences for Marks & Spencer, injecting freshness and energy into the company’s approach to employee communications.

As well as shaping the theme and content flow for each event, we developed new opportunities for fun and interactivity, from brainstorms and quizzes to videos, mock-up store displays and themed environments.

Audiences included up to 350 senior store, commercial and section managers from around the UK.
