Internal engagement campaign
A series of internal communication campaigns designed to engage London Underground staff and management with a fresh, new style of messaging that cut through the corporate clutter.
As part of a small creative team, we developed concepts and copy across multiple channels, from posters and ambient media pieces to an award-winning training DVD.
We also developed a theme, content outline and print collateral for the company’s annual business meeting and articles for an internal staff magazine.
On the strength of these and other projects, Imagination was appointed as consultant to London Underground’s employee communications team.
